Prices are indicated when selecting the respective delivery method.<\/p>\n<h4>Shipping and Customs Clearance<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Shipping to Norway and the USA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PostNord MyPack Home &ndash; Parcel to private address &ndash; expected delivery 2-6 business days:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Shipping Costs<\/strong>: Shipping costs to Norway and the USA are based on weight and include all customs clearance fees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery Time<\/strong>: Expected delivery time is 2-6 business days. Any customs clearance time is not included in the delivery time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No Additional Fees<\/strong>: All costs related to shipping and customs clearance are included in the price. The customer will not incur any additional fees upon receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: All customs clearance fees are included in the shipping price.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alternative Shipping Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers in Norway and the USA, when shipping with Postnord, will have customs clearance included in the price.<\/li>\n<li>For other shipping methods, it is required to contact us via email <a rel=\"noreferrer\">info@murerpoint.dk<\/a>, where we can collaborate on what needs to be shipped.<\/li>\n<li>To Norway, we can offer a cheaper solution with UPS.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expected delivery with UPS<\/strong>: 3-5 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To the USA, we can offer a cheaper solution with TNT.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expected delivery with TNT<\/strong>: 4 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>These options do not include customs clearance, and the goods to the respective countries Norway and the USA are sold without Danish VAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PAYMENT<\/strong><br>\nPayment is made via Stripe Payment Solution, Paypal, Applepay, or MobilePay. We support the following cards: Visa\/Dankort, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro. The amount is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRICES<\/strong><br>\nAll prices in the webshop are inclusive of VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices and may vary from day to day. All prices are shown in DKK (Danish Kroner), SEK (Swedish Krona), EUR (Euro), depending on the customer&rsquo;s choice and location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESERVATIONS<\/strong><br>\n&ndash; Printing errors<br>\n&ndash; Price changes<br>\n&ndash; Discontinued items<br>\n&ndash; Delivery failure from third parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14 DAYS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><br>\nIf you wish to return one or more items, please call us first. Along with the returned item, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation. You have 14 days to notify us that you are canceling the purchase from the date of your order and then 14 days to return the item. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the item.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><br>\nOur right of withdrawal only applies to items returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after this period, or not meeting our return criteria, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Note that used items cannot be returned. If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back. The amount will be refunded to the card used for payment, or to your bank account. The amount will be refunded when we have received the item back and verified that it meets the conditions for withdrawal. The customer bears the cost of return shipping for items purchased on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.murerpoint.dk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.murerpoint.dk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RETURNING ITEMS<\/strong><br>\nWe only accept returns of items that are in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, misuse, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for return or exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LIABILITY FOR ITEMS<\/strong><br>\nThe customer is fully responsible for maintaining the condition of the item while it is in their possession. Any damage or misuse of the item that affects its resaleability or value will result in rejection of the return and any refund claims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXCEPTIONS<\/strong><br>\nExceptions may be made in cases of manufacturing defects or faults not due to customer misuse or lack of maintenance. In these cases, we will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTACT US<\/strong><br>\nIf you have questions about our return policy or wish to request a return, please contact our customer service for further guidance. The purchase can also be canceled by personally delivering the item to the above address by prior arrangement. Note! Packages sent COD will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ITEM CONDITION WHEN RETURNED<\/strong><br>\nYou are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words &ndash; you can try the item the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that withdrawal from the purchase will not be accepted for return or exchange. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must handle the item the same way you would in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT<\/strong><br>\nIf you cancel your purchase, you will naturally get the amount you have paid to us back. In case of any depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your right of withdrawal, you will get back the full amount you have paid. The only cost you bear yourself is your own shipping costs in connection with returning the item. If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back. The amount will be refunded to the card used for payment, or to your bank account. The amount will be refunded when we have received the item back within the timeframe and verified that it meets the conditions for withdrawal. When we collect personal data via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent. You are thus informed about exactly what information is collected and why. Employees of MurerPoint ApS have access to the information registered about you. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
