DELIVERY
Items ordered in the webshop are usually delivered within 2-4 working days.
LETTER AND PACKAGE SHIPPING
The ordered items are sent with Postnord DK, GLS Home Delivery, and GLS Business. Prices are indicated when selecting the respective delivery method.
Shipping and Customs Clearance
Shipping to Norway and the USA
PostNord MyPack Home – Parcel to private address – expected delivery 2-6 business days:
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs to Norway and the USA are based on weight and include all customs clearance fees.
- Delivery Time: Expected delivery time is 2-6 business days. Any customs clearance time is not included in the delivery time.
- No Additional Fees: All costs related to shipping and customs clearance are included in the price. The customer will not incur any additional fees upon receipt.
Note: All customs clearance fees are included in the shipping price.
Alternative Shipping Methods:
- Customers in Norway and the USA, when shipping with Postnord, will have customs clearance included in the price.
- For other shipping methods, it is required to contact us via email info@murerpoint.dk, where we can collaborate on what needs to be shipped.
- To Norway, we can offer a cheaper solution with UPS.
- Expected delivery with UPS: 3-5 business days.
- To the USA, we can offer a cheaper solution with TNT.
- Expected delivery with TNT: 4 business days.
- These options do not include customs clearance, and the goods to the respective countries Norway and the USA are sold without Danish VAT.
PAYMENT
Payment is made via Stripe Payment Solution, Paypal, Applepay, or MobilePay. We support the following cards: Visa/Dankort, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro. The amount is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.
PRICES
All prices in the webshop are inclusive of VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices and may vary from day to day. All prices are shown in DKK (Danish Kroner), SEK (Swedish Krona), EUR (Euro), depending on the customer’s choice and location.

14 DAYS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to return one or more items, please call us first. Along with the returned item, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation. You have 14 days to notify us that you are canceling the purchase from the date of your order and then 14 days to return the item. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the item.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our right of withdrawal only applies to items returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after this period, or not meeting our return criteria, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Note that used items cannot be returned. If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back. The amount will be refunded to the card used for payment, or to your bank account. The amount will be refunded when we have received the item back and verified that it meets the conditions for withdrawal. The customer bears the cost of return shipping for items purchased on www.murerpoint.dk.
RETURNING ITEMS
We only accept returns of items that are in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, misuse, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for return or exchange.
LIABILITY FOR ITEMS
The customer is fully responsible for maintaining the condition of the item while it is in their possession. Any damage or misuse of the item that affects its resaleability or value will result in rejection of the return and any refund claims.
EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions may be made in cases of manufacturing defects or faults not due to customer misuse or lack of maintenance. In these cases, we will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.

If you have questions about our return policy or wish to request a return, please contact our customer service for further guidance. Purchases of items on www.murerpoint.dk can also be canceled by refusing to receive the item. The purchase can also be canceled by personally delivering the item to the above address by prior arrangement. Note! Packages sent COD will not be accepted.
ITEM CONDITION WHEN RETURNED
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that withdrawal from the purchase will not be accepted for return or exchange. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must handle the item the same way you would in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.
REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally get the amount you have paid to us back. In case of any depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your right of withdrawal, you will get back the full amount you have paid. The only cost you bear yourself is your own shipping costs in connection with returning the item. If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back. The amount will be refunded to the card used for payment, or to your bank account. The amount will be refunded when we have received the item back within the timeframe and verified that it meets the conditions for withdrawal. The customer bears the cost of return shipping for items purchased on www.murerpoint.dk. We withhold the refund until we have received the item back within the timeframe and verified that it meets the conditions for return.
DEFECTS
The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on defects may apply.
PRIVACY POLICY
To enter into an agreement with us on www.murerpoint.dk, we need the following information: Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Telephone Number, Email Address. The registration of your personal data is done for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered with MurerPoint ApS, where it is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When we collect personal data via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent. You are thus informed about exactly what information is collected and why. Employees of MurerPoint ApS have access to the information registered about you. The data controller on www.murerpoint.dk is Johanna Lotte. Customer information is not encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. The information provided to www.murerpoint.dk is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. As a registered customer with MurerPoint, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect what information is registered about you. These rights are granted under the Danish Data Protection Act. Inquiries regarding these data should be directed to MurerPoint ApS via email to info@murerpoint.dk.

A log statistic is used on www.murerpoint.dk. The log statistic is a statistics system that collects information that can provide a statistical picture of where our visitors come from, how many visitors we have, how they navigate around the shop, and where on the website the page is left, etc. Our log statistics are used solely for the purpose of optimizing www.murerpoint.dk.

According to Danish law, you have a 24-month warranty on all our products.
